Software Service Agreement Details

A Service Agreement is included in the initial purchase price of the ID system and includes:

Unlimited calls to our (562) 431-2594 Technical Support Line

Internet remote access software support to resolve issues quickly

Technical consultation on questions related to the operation of your system

Service Agreement extensions and multi-year agreements are available after the first year. Service Agreement renewals will be sent 60 days before expiration.


Managed Services Agreement

CI Solutions Managed Services program allows you to operate an efficient card program throughout your organization. For the duration of your agreement, we will work alongside you with in-house support.
