After a brief introductory call, a systems consultant will schedule a Card Process Optimization (CPO) to learn more about your specific requirements. Whether you need ID cards that work with a newly installed program (GPS tracking, door access control system, single-sign-on) or you just want an easier process for printing ID cards the CPO will allow us to help provide the perfect solution for your organization, reducing time and effort previously spent on to issuing ID cards.
Once we learn more about your organization's needs we can provide tailored pricing based on the number of cards to be printed and the type of card technology you'll be using. We provide RFID, magstripe, and barcode card technology that works with your existing access, tracking, or verification programs. Most of our customers use RFID cards to better track and verify card holders throughout their organization as they are easy to implement and can be used in conjunction with barcode and magstripe.
Your project will then require the gathering of card holder data, sourcing the correct card technology, designing, and finally printing your cards for issuance. We manufacture your cards as opposed to using traditional direct-to-card printing for durability and quality. Your cards will arrive sorted and pre-programmed allowing your organization to start using the new cards immediately.
Pre-printed card stock will be provided to you with your organization's graphics along with a card printer for reprints throughout the year. As soon as you need another large batch of cards printed, our team will manage the production of your bulk quantity of cards.
